New Construction/One-Year Warranty Inspections
A one-year builder's warranty usually expires within the first year after closing on your home. This is an opportunity to inform your home builder of any items that are in need of repair or adjustment. Any hazards, repairs, and adjustments should be professionally documented before your home builder is relieved of their responsibility under the one-year warranty.
Our inspection report will supply you, the homeowner, with the knowledge and documentation you need to discuss with the home builder any safety hazards, construction defects or systems that are not performing properly.
Items included in the One-Year Home Warranty Inspection:
Exterior Painting and Stain
Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC systems
Bathroom and kitchen counters/cabinets
Driveways, walkways, porches
Decking and stairs
Crawl spaces and basements
